Founder and owner

William (Bill) Holmes brings approximately 30 years of experience in financial and public reporting, forensic accounting, lost profits damage analysis, and valuation covering a broad range of industries. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, tax analysis, financial modeling, and investor relations.

He has worked with start-up, rapidly growing and troubled companies, organizational management restructuring, initial and secondary public offerings, private placements of debt and equity, ESOPs, and corporate ownership transition, including family-owned business planning.

Bill began his career in Portland, OR at an international “Big-4” public accounting firm and was a corporate controller and principal accounting officer for a publicly traded international manufacturing and technology company.

Ryan Smith brings approximately 25 years of experience in financial and public reporting, auditing, financial forensics, damages, and business valuation.

His experience includes serving as a plaintiff and defense counsel consultant in matters involving bankruptcy, commercial contract disputes, corporate veil issues, construction disputes, criminal defense and “white–collar” crime issues, divorce, embezzlement / misappropriation, employment disputes, personal injury and lost wages, professional malpractice and accountants’ liability, securities fraud, and shareholder rights.

Ryan began his career in accounting at Evergreen Aviation, a world-wide aviation company located in McMinnville, OR. Mr. Smith served as the Vice President of Finance and CFO of the Company and served for approximately 14 years.
